Phillip Island Coffee Roasters

Phillip Island Coffee Roasters roasts in Cowes, VIC, and works with a partner café, Beand San Remo. The roaster draws on local places, people and wildlife for its blends and slow-roasts its batches before sending them around Australia. Both beans in stock are blends of Brazilian and Colombian coffees. San Remo Blend is a medium dark roast and Signature Blend is a dark roast. Both have chocolate and caramel notes.
