Red Mud Coffee Roasters

Red Mud Coffee Roasters roasts in Maleny, in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, and sells beans, ground coffee and takeaway drinks from the roastery door. Red Mud also supplies cafes wholesale and trains their staff. Most of the beans are medium roasted washed single origins from Caldas in Colombia and Chelchele village in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Walkers Farm is a medium dark blend of Brazilian, Indonesian and Nicaraguan coffees with chocolate, caramel and dried fruit notes. The Colombia Decaf has toasted cacao and dark caramel notes.
