Why Rebellion? A coffee blend born from our decision to break away from our traditional role as a coffee machine repair company. We chose to rebel against the confines of our previous work, expanding our passion into the realm of coffee production. RECIPE FOR DOUBLE BASKET

This recipe is based on a commercial size 58mm group handle with a double -22gm basket. For home machines with smaller filter baskets, the recipe can be reduced whilst still maintaining the brew ratio's. This will keep the flavours consistent.
