Tanzania coffee, roasted in Australia

69 beans from 43 Australian roasters. The most common roasts are medium, dark and medium dark. The roasters describe these beans most often as chocolate, caramel & sweet, berry and creamy body.

Tanzanian coffee grows on the slopes of Kilimanjaro and in the southern highlands around Mbeya. It is washed and tastes of blackcurrant and citrus, in the Kenyan direction but softer and rounder. Peaberry lots, where the cherry grew a single round bean instead of two, are sold separately here more than anywhere else.
