The Coffee Warehouse is a family roastery in Kurmond, in the Blue Mountains, and it has roasted since 1995. It roasts daily on several machines and sells to cafes around Australia as well as online. Single origins make up most of the stock, drawn from Africa, Central and South America and Indonesia. Bugisu from Uganda is washed and tastes of dark chocolate and Brazil nut. Tres Estrellas Microlot from Peru has notes of papaya, bitter fruit and dark chocolate. A Mexican decaf is also available. Other roasters also sell coffee from Pitalito Estate.
