Citrus notes balance the sweet and syrupy body. A Parainema that’s easy-going, with or without milk.
Before Finca Guayabina became a serious specialty coffee project, it was after-hours work. Roy Hernández and his wife, Dariela Mancía, built it gradually from two small inherited plots in western Honduras. Step by step, they have reinvested in the farm, planting new varieties and pushing quality higher each year.
