Our 'Beanie' Winter Blend is a light espresso roast built for staying in, blending Peru Las Mishas, Honduras Zapote, and PNG Huwande into a cup that tastes like comfort: butterscotch sweetness, milk chocolate richness, and toasted almond warmth that lingers long after the last sip.
Beanie brings together Brazil Bom Dia Natural and PNG Kabiufa Washed, two coffees from smallholder farms with big flavour stories. From Brazil, you get rich, sun-dried sweetness - think hazelnut and milk chocolate, while PNG adds high-altitude clarity with soft florals and vanilla wafer notes. Grown with care and intention, both origins support local communities and sustainable practices. Blending them creates more than just balance, it creates depth, warm, smooth, and quietly complex. This is the kind of winter blend that’s made to wrap you up, lift you gently, and remind you that great coffee always starts at origin.
