What Coffee Supreme say

Small but mighty, El Salvador keeps turning out top-notch coffees, and La Providencia is no exception. Roasted for espresso, juicy red grape sweetness leads the way, backed by blackberry and a wine-like richness before finishing with a bright hit of orange marmalade. Vibrant, balanced and seriously moreish.

Produced by Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez, this coffee is the result of generations of farming knowledge and a shared commitment to doing things well. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness before undergoing anaerobic fermentation in an oxygen-free environment, helping develop bold fruit flavours and a deeper sweetness. The coffee is then slowly sun-dried on raised beds for around 30 days, locking in all that juicy goodness.
