Dimbulah Mountain Estate

Grown on the Dimbulah Mountain Estate in the Paddy's Green region of Queensland’s Atherton Tablelands, this Arabica coffee offers a flavour that is both rich and distinctive. The estate sits at exactly 17 degrees south of the equator, in tropical North Queensland, and is known for producing coffee with a clean, well-structured cup.

Using a wet processing method, the estate ensures uniformity and clarity in the final roast. Flowering is carefully managed through controlled irrigation to create a targeted dry season, helping to ensure optimal ripeness and a consistent harvest during September and October.

In the cup, expect a sweet chocolate-caramel body with a long, smooth finish — a signature of this carefully cultivated estate coffee.

Dimbulah Mountain Estate was awarded a Bronze Medal at the AVPA 2016 International Contest in Paris, in partnership with Knight Mattingly roasters, recognising its role as a proud representative of Australian-grown coffee.
