Sidamo

This single origin Arabica coffee comes from the Sidamo region in South Central Ethiopia, an area known for producing coffees with fine acidity, balanced body, and natural sweetness. Grown by selected smallholder farmers, this coffee reflects the region’s long-standing tradition of quality and care.

Made from heirloom varietals and naturally processed, the beans are grown at elevations between 1600–1800 MASL. The result is a cup that showcases the unique character of its origin.

Expect a flavour profile that is fruity, floral, and gently bright, with variable colour in the roast — a typical characteristic of this preparation method.
