Bittersweet Café

Bittersweet Café is a breakfast and lunch spot in Kingston, in the Canberra area, that roasts its own Highgate Lane Coffee on site. It also sells pantry staples and take home meals. The beans are mostly single origins from Papua New Guinea, Costa Rica, India and Ethiopia. Highland Okapa has notes of toasted cocoa and spicy, dark stone fruit sweetness. Monsoon Malabar is from India with nutty, buttery notes, low acidity and a velvety texture. La Magnolia is a decaf from Costa Rica with cocoa and caramel notes.
