You have probably already tasted this one. Peru is the backbone of No Sleep Till Brooklyn and Hyperdrive, and it is what gives both of them that deep chocolate weight. On its own, washed and roasted for espresso, it is smooth and sweet with almost none of the sharpness people expect from a single origin.
