Brothers Cup

Brothers Cup roasts in North Albury, NSW, and roasts its small batches in-house. Its aim is to bring out the character of each origin through careful roasting. Every bean in stock is roasted for espresso, and most are single origins from Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil. Calahute is a washed Guatemalan from Huehuetenango with plum, guava and toasted almond notes. Progresso is a natural from Bahia in Brazil with stone fruit, maple sweetness and toasted pecan. Retro Espresso is a blend of Brazil and Ethiopia, and EA Decaf is a Colombian decaf. Other roasters also sell coffee from Wilton Benitez, Borré Family and Fazenda Progresso.
