It is beautifully sweet and smooth with wonderful chocolaty notes. A magnificent balanced cup that goes perfectly in milk and stands out as along black too. The fruit notes in this blend have a lovely even flavour and marry really well with the chocolates. We’ve worked on the percentages in this blend to get the fruit notes to show, but not overpower the chocolates – but still shine through. A fantastic cup.
