Special Dark

The Special Dark blend is a super dark roast, to be consumed in a Vietnamese style ‘phin’ (pronounced: ‘f-ihn’). Usually consumed as ca phe sua da (pronounced: ‘ka-feh-suh-dah’), also known as a Vietnamese iced coffee - which is filter coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and a heap of icecubes. Mix, glug down and enjoy.

Here at MIO, you’ll find us downing these on a sweltering summer roast day, or swapping our preworkout for one, before hitting the gym.

Not the sort of blend you want to be running through your espresso machine or filter coffee maker (don’t blame us if you do).
