Cortado Coffee Roasters roasts in Thornbury, in Melbourne's Inner North. The roaster keeps its approach simple and says its beans are roasted for a city with high standards. Stock is mostly blends, drawing on Brazilian coffee alongside beans from Colombia, India, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. Barca is a medium dark blend for espresso or filter, with milk chocolate, citrus and currant notes. The 35 is a medium roast with plum and cedar notes and a clean chocolate finish.
