Dal Mare Coffee roasts in McLaren Vale, in the Adelaide area of South Australia. Half the beans in stock are blends and half are single origins from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Single Origin is a medium light roast with soft floral aromatics, sweet orange acidity and hazelnut. The Vintage Blend is a medium dark roast with a heavy body and strong chocolate tones, finishing in sweet creamy caramel.
