Dibs Coffee

Dibs Coffee roasts in Morningside, in the Brisbane area, and started in 2017. The roaster sources coffee with care for ethics and focuses on training and consistency for cafés. Most of the beans in stock are blends, built from Colombian, Brazilian, Peruvian and Papua New Guinean coffee. El Dorado is a blend with toffee, caramel and berries, and Road Runner is a decaf with cocoa, panela and red berries. Dibs Coffee roasts washed single origins from Ethiopia and Burundi, including Shantawene with jasmine and bergamot notes.
