This natural Peruvian coffee is intense, juicy and powerful.
At 47 years old and with a life dedicated to coffee since the age of 18, Consuelo is a producer with three decades of experience. She cultivates her farm in the hamlet of Bellavista, in the District of Huabal, Jaén, Cajamarca – Peru. Her plot, covering two hectares, is situated at A HIGH altitude. Consuelo produces both Natural and Washed coffees. Her wet mill, equipped with tank vats and fermentation tanks, allows her to control fermentation, which takes approximately 48 hours, varying slightly depending on the climate. This coffee is intense, juicy and powerful.
