Most of the beans in stock are single origins, and Colombia is where most of them come from. Jairo Arcila Peach is an anaerobic lot from Quindio with notes of ripe peaches, tangerine and cacao nibs. Mantiqueira is a natural Brazilian coffee with blueberry, strawberry and nutmeg notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Jairo Arcila.
