Dulce de leche, stewed apple, toasted almond and cacao nibs. Rich, creamy and remarkably sweet with almost none of the caffeine. Whether you're winding down for the evening or simply skipping the jitters, this is decaf without compromise.

We have a bit of a soft spot for decaf around here. In fact, Will used to work at a decaffeination facility and learnt something pretty important: decaf can taste bloody outstanding when it's done properly.

This lot comes from San Antonio in Colombia's Cauca region, where 25 smallholder producers work alongside the Pillimué family and renowned coffee company Pergamino to create coffees that consistently punch above their weight. Imported by Melbourne Coffee Merchants, the quality is exceptional as always.

Using a natural Ethyl Acetate process derived from Colombian sugarcane, up to 99.9% of the caffeine is removed while preserving the sweetness, structure and character of the coffee. The result is a cup that's rich, creamy and comforting, with all the flavour and very little of the fuel.
