Hennessy Coffee is a family-owned roaster in Chipping Norton, NSW, founded by John Hennessy. It supplies cafes and restaurants as well as home drinkers. Every bean in stock is a blend, and half are medium roasts. Black Diamond blends Costa Rican, Indian and Papua New Guinean coffees, with caramel sweetness, dark chocolate and raisin notes. Mojo is a medium roast for espresso with a dense crema, and a Colombian decaf blend has sweet raisin and nutty notes.
