Just Planet is a Fairtrade-certified roaster in Sunbury, Victoria, founded by Lee and Norman Palumbo. It roasts organic coffee from accredited Fairtrade farms and supplies cafes across Australia. Most of the beans in stock are single origins, from Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, Ethiopia and Timor-Leste. The Ethiopian comes from Nensebo in West Arsi and has notes of apricot, peach and lemonade. A decaf blend carries notes of honey, butterscotch and cherry.
