Knockrow Ridge Coffee

Knockrow Ridge Coffee roasts in Newrybar, in the Northern Rivers hinterland of NSW, and started in 1992. The roaster works on its original machine and follows Barry Heffernan's roasting traditions. Most of the beans in stock are blends, and the single origins are all Australian, grown in the Byron Bay hinterland and on the Atherton Tableland in Far North Queensland. Americas is a medium dark blend of Brazilian, Colombian, Guatemalan, Honduran and El Salvadoran coffees with chocolate, caramel and green apple sweetness. Australian Espresso is roasted for espresso and tastes of chocolate and nuts with a medium body.
