As we roast in set small batches for profile consistency, pre-ordering for next roast date makes it easier for small roasters like us to gauge how many batches to roast

We are a small batch roaster, currently roasting on Fridays*. LIGHT coffee taste best from 7-14 days post roast date. Just like wine, coffee is an organic product, its optimum peak would vary from batch to batch.

After our QC, we carefully pack your roasted coffee, and aim to dispatch by Monday for all your freshly roasted online orders*. Dispatch is also subjected to when your order is placed and grouped according to suburb routes and interstate courier cut off time.

*please note at times roast date may have a +2 or -2 day variance, when purchasing two different roast date in one order, the coffee will be sent in one combined postage once the latter roast has been produced.
