Elegant. Aromatic. Impeccably clean. This exceptional Gesha from Finca Plan del Hoyo is a refined expression of El Salvadorian terroir, grown high in the Apaneca–Ilamatepec mountain range and carefully guided from cherry to cup by Francisco R. R. de Sola and family. It is a coffee that rewards attention, offering clarity, finesse, and a beautifully layered flavour structure.
Nestled at 1,750 metres above sea level, the farm benefits from cool mountain temperatures and slow cherry maturation—ideal conditions for Gesha. A natural fermentation process enhances aromatic intensity while preserving balance and cleanliness, allowing the varietal’s inherent floral character to shine without excess fermentation weight.
