This premium single-origin coffee originates from the Harowacho village within the high-altitude Uraga district of the renowned Guji zone in Oromia, Ethiopia. It represents the pinnacle of high-elevation cultivation, grown at staggering altitudes ranging between 1,700 and 2,300 meters above sea level. These extreme heights cause the coffee cherries to mature slowly, concentrating sugars and resulting in an exceptionally dense bean with a complex, highly expressive flavor profile.

The coffee is produced by Bisrat Melaku at the Tebe Melge processing station. It exclusively features the 74112 varietal, a prized selection developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center.To honor its unique terroir, the lot undergoes a meticulous sun-dried natural process. Whole cherries are carefully laid out on traditional African raised beds, where they dry slowly in the sun for 14 to 16 days. During this period, the fruit mucilage remains in constant contact with the seed, imparting an intense, jammy sweetness and a refined, heavy mouthfeel directly into the bean.
