Niugini Arabica

Niugini Arabica roasts in Duffy, ACT, and started in 2011 when three former ANU researchers founded it. The roaster buys and roasts coffee from Papua New Guinea and works on roast profiles for PNG beans. It also supports village farming communities in the highlands. Signature Roast is a Papua New Guinea single origin with notes of chocolate, caramel and sweet liquorice, plus a creamy toffee texture. A decaf is on the list too.
