Obison Coffee Roasters is a family-run roaster in Busselton, WA, that pays farmers above fair-trade prices. The beans are roasted off-site for now. Most of what Obison sells is blends, including Wakey Wakey, a medium roast for espresso made from Brazilian and Colombian coffees with milk chocolate, hazelnut and orange notes. Coffee to a Knife Fight is a medium dark blend of Costa Rican and Indian coffees with malty richness, macadamia and cherry. Huehuetenango, Jacaltenango is a washed Guatemalan single origin with mandarin-like acidity.
