Prestige Organic

Prestige Organic roasts in Coopers Plains on Brisbane's Southside and started in 2001. Bernie Scotford, a second-generation Papua New Guinea plantation farmer, founded it after working at major roasting companies. All of the coffee is 100% Arabica, certified organic and fair-trade. The beans in stock are all blends, in light, medium and dark roasts. Gold is a dark roast for espresso with notes of rich dark chocolate and toffee. Rainforest is a medium roast blend of Brazil, Colombia and Papua New Guinea with caramel and berry notes.
