Project 281 Coffee Roasters

Project 281 Coffee Roasters roasts in Brunswick, in Melbourne's Inner North, and started in 2018. Anne Cooper, a champion roaster with over 30 years of experience, roasts in-house, and the business runs a cafe with table service and a seasonal menu. Both beans in stock are medium dark roasts. The Brunx is a Brazil and Guatemala blend roasted for espresso, with notes of malt, vanilla, nougat and toffee. The Decaf is a Colombian single origin with notes of milk chocolate, stonefruits and dried fruit.
