Proximal Coffee

Proximal Coffee roasts in Lilydale, Victoria. Most of the beans in stock are blends, built from Brazilian, Colombian and Ethiopian coffees, plus one Australian-grown blend, Eureka Australian Grown, with marzipan and marmalade notes. Aramosa is a natural-process Brazilian single origin from Minas Gerais, with milk chocolate, vanilla and raisin notes. Sweet Dreams is a decaf from Huila, Colombia, with toffee, mandarin and stewed apple notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Jack Murat, Bela Vista and Uyara.
