What Redbrick Coffee say

Perched in the mountains of Piatã, Sitio Canaã has become one of our favourite returning coffees. The farm is owned by Kleumon Silva Moreira, a talented producer whose dedication to quality has established him as part of a new generation shaping the future of Brazilian specialty coffee. Guided early on by renowned producer Antônio Rigno, Kleumon has developed an approach that combines careful farming with an unwavering attention to detail.

Named Sitio Canaã, or "The Promised Land", the farm may be small in size, but it consistently delivers coffees of remarkable quality. This pulped natural Arara lot is a rich and expressive example of Kleumon's work. Notes of red grape bring a juicy sweetness to the cup, while dark chocolate provides depth and richness. The result is a layered espresso with plenty of complexity, balanced by the sweetness and clarity that have become hallmarks of Sitio Canaã.
