Roasters With Altitude is a small roaster in the Blue Mountains that buys fair-trade beans straight from the growers. Profits go to the Timor Learning Centre, which provides education and community services in Timor-Leste. Blends and single origins share the shelf, with coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, Timor-Leste, Brazil and Guatemala. The Ethiopian comes from Guji and has clean, floral notes. Ménage à Trois blends Brazilian, Colombian and Ethiopian coffees with caramel, toffee and bakers chocolate notes, and a Colombian decaf is on offer too.
