Romeo Coffee Roaster

Romeo Coffee Roaster roasts in Bayswater, in the Melbourne area, and opened in 1999. Stefano Romeo founded it after starting in Florence in 1987. Most of the beans in stock are single origins, from Ethiopia, Brazil, Honduras, Mexico and Cuba. Blue Hore, from Sidamo in Ethiopia, has delicate fruit and floral notes and caramel sweetness. Serrano, from Cuba, has a full, rich body and a Swiss cocoa finish.
