Slingtown

Slingtown roasts in Islington, in the Newcastle area, and began in 2006 as an espresso bar there before it expanded. Most of the beans are blends. Nirvana Organic mixes Nicaragua and Peru, with notes of cocoa, hazelnut and malt. The Papua New Guinea single origin has soft plum and orange acidity, with dark chocolate and walnut on the finish. Slingtown also sells a decaf with dark chocolate, orange and walnut notes.
