South Coast Coffee Co roasts at Isle of Capri on the Gold Coast and has done so since 2015. It also supplies cafes wholesale and sells tea. Most of the beans are single origins, with Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Kenya and Papua New Guinea all in stock. Mostly the roasts are medium, and the Kenya is washed, with bright lime acidity, juicy currants and walnut. Honduras brings blackberry, dark chocolate and raisin. Force is a dark roast blend with full-bodied dark chocolate notes.
