THE PRODUCER: Located in the middle of the Mantiqueira mountain range, Fazenda Rio Verde has been producing coffee for over 130 years. Surrounded by 773 hectares of virgin forest, waterfalls, and rich volcanic clay soils, the farm is a natural sanctuary dedicated to high-quality coffee.

THE COFFEE: Cultivated above 1,000 MASL across the farm's top 32 terroirs, the Ipanema Premier Cru represents four years of research into varietals, maturation, and processing. Utilizing Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuaí, and Red Acaiá, state-of-the-art facilities guarantee consistent, exceptional microlot harvests every year.
