The Flags Coffee roasts at Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast. The stock is mostly single origins, with Papua New Guinea and Colombia each showing up twice, plus blends built on Brazilian coffees. Baiyer is a washed Papua New Guinea coffee from the Western Highlands with notes of clove, nutmeg, Campari and brown sugar. Cajamarca FTO is a washed Peruvian coffee with jammy red grape and cooked red plum notes. A decaf comes from Popayan in Colombia.
