Santa Domingo Xenacoj
Varietal: Caturra, Bourbon
Processing: Washed
Altitude: 1800 masl
The small village of Santo Domingo Xenacoj is just north above two of the most revered coffee growing areas of Guatemala, Antigua & Acatenango Valley. The distinct micro climate around this area, supported by the rich soil from three surrounding volcanos, along with the high altitude, create ideal growing conditions for superb coffee.
This coffee gives smooth butterscotch notes, leading to hazelnut praline and sweet honey. Full bodied, bringing notes of stewed necatarine and apricots. Absolutely delicious!
