1961 Coffee

1961 Coffee roasts in Rowville, Victoria, and began in 2012. The green beans are bought through HA Bennett, an Australian supplier run by one family. Most of the beans in stock are blends, with single origins from Ethiopia, Brazil and Colombia making up the rest. Little Bird from Sidamo, Ethiopia has bright citrus, delicate orange and a creamy body. Black Betty is a blend of Brazil and Guatemala with hazelnut, dark chocolate and orange zest. Long Neck is the decaf blend.
