Eighteen Grams Coffee Roastery is a family-run roaster working from a warehouse in Dandenong, in the Melbourne area. It has over 10 years of experience and also roasts under contract for cafes. Most of the beans in stock are blends, mostly medium roasts, with Colombian and Brazilian coffees in many of them. Popayán is a Colombian single origin from Cauca with notes of chocolate, caramel and tropical fruits. Swiss Water Decaf is a Mexican medium roast with caramel and soft pitted fruit notes.
