Calm the Farm Blend

In tribute to one of our most popular local beaches "The Farm" at Killalea, "Calm the Farm" Blend was born.

As an espresso, our "Calm the Farm" blend has a juicy mouth feel with a Dark Berry Aroma and a big chocolate finish.

Combine it with some milk and it will become a big chocolate, malt upfront with a satisfying cocoa aftertaste.

RECIPE FOR DOUBLE BASKET

This recipe is based on a commercial size 58mm group handle with a double -22gm basket. For home machines with smaller filter baskets, the recipe can be reduced whilst still maintaining the brew ratio's. This will keep the flavours consistent.
