Alfresco Coffee Roasters is a boutique roastery in Moruya, NSW. It sources from coffee-growing regions worldwide, roasts to bring out each origin's flavour and runs a café known as "The Hole in the Wall". Blends and single origins share the shelf in equal parts. Kiamaina Nyeri AA is a washed Kenyan with blackberry, cola and red currant notes. Dream Walker is a decaf from Chiapas, Mexico, with apple, cinnamon and toffee notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Diofanor Ruiz.
