Ariga Coffee

Ariga Coffee roasts in Clayton, in the Melbourne area, and works only with Indonesian coffee. The roaster buys direct from Gayo Aceh, Mandailing, Java and Bali and roasts in small batches. Mostly medium roasts fill the shelf, with blends and single origins from Sumatra and Java. Velvet Espresso Blend is a natural roasted for espresso, with notes of dark chocolate and dried berry. Signature Java · Robusta is a honey-processed single origin from Magelang, roasted medium dark, with dark chocolate and caramel notes.
