Bonissimo

Bonissimo roasts in O'Connor, south of the river in Perth. The roaster sells beans and blends to cafes, homes and businesses around Australia, and also makes pods for Nespresso machines. Stock is mostly blends. Café Supreme is a medium roast with dark chocolate, earthy and roasted nut notes. K Blend has notes of malt, cacao and a walnut finish. A Colombian single origin decaf rounds out the beans.
