The Cauca department sits in the southwestern Colombian Andes at elevations above 1,700 metres - one of the most prized coffee-growing zones in the country. Cool temperatures and distinct wet and dry seasons slow cherry development, resulting in a coffee with vibrant clarity and a beautifully structured cup.

Colombia Cauca Supremo is a washed-process coffee with a clean, bright character: red apple acidity, milk chocolate sweetness, and a caramel finish. The Supremo grade indicates large, carefully selected beans, reflecting the care that goes into every lot from this region.
