The Crowd Pleaser!
Grown in the high altitude (around 1900 MASL) mountainous region of Tierradentro, Colombia, this Single Origin offering sparkles with a juicy and bright berry acidity with notes of milk chocolate, fruit and honey. Add a subtle syrupy finish and our Colombian Inza is right at home as an espresso and long black, works very well as a filter coffee and, for those warmer summer days, it makes a delicious cold brew coffee!
Suggested recipe: Dose in 21gr-22gr, for a 43-46gr shot out, at between 23-26 seconds
