Santo Domingo Xenacoj

Santo Domingo Xenacoj is a small village perched just north of two of Guatemala's most celebrated coffee regions — Antigua and the Acatenango Valley. Flanked by three active volcanoes, the area benefits from mineral-rich soils and a distinct microclimate that, combined with an altitude of 1,800 MASL, creates growing conditions that consistently produce exceptional coffee.

This washed Caturra and Bourbon blend is a beautifully layered cup: smooth butterscotch and sweet honey lead the way, giving way to hazelnut praline and a full, round body of stewed nectarine and apricot. Clean, indulgent, and very easy to love.
