Byron Moonshine Coffee

Byron Moonshine Coffee is a family-owned roaster in Billinudgel, NSW, with roots in Federal's coffee farm. Byron Moonshine has operated for over 15 years, hand-roasts small batches and buys through Langdon Coffee Merchants, working with growers around the world. Every bean in stock is roasted for espresso, and most are medium dark blends. Lucky Lane mixes Brazil, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea, with an earthy, full body and notes of bitter-sweet chocolate. Moon Lite is a half-caf blend with toffee sweetness, malt and caramel, and Organic Decaf is a Mexican single origin with notes of toffee, brown spice and citrus.
